CX Implementation – Recovery Program

This is where we send our commander-in-chief with his cavalry to come up with tactics and deploy the agreed-upon plan on the ground.

  • CX Implementation Plan: identify the suitable projects, which will help to enhance the experience in certain touch points and/or channels.
  • CX Board: The commander-in-chief meets once a month with all CxOs and other CX ambassadors in a big meeting to update them on what’s happening on the ground and to get their buy-in.
  • CX Communications: Our staff shall prepare the full communication plan to show the benefits of CX projects for the organization and educate staff on the importance of CX.
  • CX PMO: This is our camp where we plan, review, foresee, monitor and raise flags. Our CX PMO will be the eyes & ears on CX implementation course.
